There is no more sacred trust than caring for your loved ones and team and I take this most seriously. Joshua School of the Arts is all we do and we consider each student a guest in our home and treat them like one of our own. We are the most personal and smallest in size of any arts school which hopefully will help you feel better about their care, well-being, safety and fun while in our care. Hopefully you will be able to enjoy yourselves more knowing that Joshua School of the Arts is a personalized school that considers you and yours like family.

Team & I provide the most perfect experience for your youngster. As a pastor and youth leader and as the owners of a Christian based Entertainment Inc, - we want you to know how Joshua School of the Arts is different from other schools and why it may be better for you and your deserving son or daughter.

Commitment to Our Students We work all year on Joshua School of the Arts and make sure that the programs are perfect for the children you entrust to us. Many other school owners teach during the year, have other income and responsibilities, or must divide their attention among several students. For us, Joshua School of the Arts and your children are our major concern. We are at Joshua School of the Arts all year - side by side with your students and our staff - making sure the HUGE TRUST and faith you place in us is well deserved. We are very involved - we are in plays and vocal arrangements, we take students to art museums, live performances, and more. We have big shoulders and offer much experience, comfort and guidance to students and to the school.

Location and Setting Our campus is located temporarily in a local assembly called Impact Church of Houston.. Joshua School of the Arts is not just school but an unbelievable experience for all those who have placed their trust in us. Perfect Size for a Supportive Environment At Joshua School of the Arts , our perfect size means everyone knows each other and helps each other succeed and have more fun.

As involved owners, we (and the entire staff) also get to know all our students. Joshua School of the Arts is the smallest and most personal of school. Many camps have 700 – 800 campers PLUS 100-200 CIT’s and a 17 year old JUNIOR COUNSELORS (who are watching over YOUR campers to save money) - never at Joshua School of the Arts would we ever trust kids to look after yours! Students Get Exactly What They Want At Joshua School of the Arts we have only 75 campers and 12 staff. That means your student will be safe and well supervised (but not stifled), get superior attention, and get what they want. We constantly ask EACH of our students if they are getting exactly what they want (and more) and then we respond instantly to any requests thanks to our smaller size and dedication to each person- not a group!

Are productive and hard working.

Joshua School of the Arts makes it happen and caters to each student.

Work hard in the performing arts and fine arts. Because this is their kind of fun.

Do not hang out and do nothing. Nor would they want to.

Support and encourage their friends. Your student will be happier from the kindness of others. Try new things.

Only our size allows time for new interests and a flexible schedule. Do everything! All of our specialties and activities are available to everyone!

 Why We Have Campers Only up to 16

It is important to know that we do not allow 17- and 18- year olds to attend Joshua School of the Arts as students or as CIT’s or counselors as other schools do. They are too old to be campers and too young to supervise and guide. Their focus at this age is on adult issues. Some children at this age have a social agenda that is inappropriate for any camp. Your trust in us makes 17- and 18-year old students, CIT’s, or counselors beyond consideration.

Loyal Staff Ensures Consistently High Quality Our department heads have been with us for years. This means that trusted, experienced, mature adults oversee every detail in every department. This makes Joshua School of the Arts stable, secure and consistently high-quality for you and our students as they grow and flourish throughout their years at Joshua School of the Arts . Our staff are more mature than other camps and are chosen for their unique capabilities, their ability to lead and reach young people and be positive role models. The Music and Art staff are around 32 years old. The Drama and Dance staff are 30- 40 years old or more. Joshua School of the Arts screens all staff thoroughly and only selects talented individuals who are exciting, organized and mature enough to create a safe and fun environment. Please remember to ask any camp you consider to tell you the ages of the staff working with your camper.
